Our History

Studio Santosuosso (the "Firm") was founded in Rome by Daniele U. Santosuosso, Full Professor of Domestic and International Commercial Law at "Sapienza" University of Rome. It was inspired both from a long established family tradition, as Professor Santosuosso's grandfather, Giovanni, was a lawyer since 1915, and his father, Fernando, lawyer at his father's firm and afterwards judge up to the Italian Supreme Court and, lastly, judge in the Italian Constitutional Court, and also by the personal experience in the so called "Boutique Law Firms" and International Law Firms in which the founder has been a counsel.
