The Firm assists and advises clients in all aspects of Italian and European Union Antitrust Law in several areas, those with special regulation as well, and regularly assists Italian and International companies in strategic antitrust related business decisions (i.e. discount politics structuring, participation to temporary association of companies, cooperation agreements conclusion, etc.) with particular consideration to contractual and/or stock control prevalently with regards to associative or companies concentration operations (also as a consequence of M&A operations, shareholder agreements or joint ventures), in particular with regards to the construction industry.
