The Firm advises and assists Italian and International clients with regards to the major aspects of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law related to business activities, both in court, with regards to the ordinary and provisional judicial protection and domestic and international arbitral courts (i.e. provisional attachment measures requests, property confiscation, newspaper announcements publication, counterfeited products destruction etc.), and extra-court, where the lawyers of the Firm have a relevant expertise with regards to all the issues related to patent, trademark, model, software, domain names, copyright, deceptive advertising, unfair competition, internet and e-commerce, assisting in the negotiation of agreements of acquisition and license of industrial patent-rights, drafting of distribution contracts, franchising, agency, sponsorship, edition, research and non-disclosure contracts. Furthermore, Professor Santosuosso has been appointed as arbiter in several arbitration proceedings in the fields of unfair competition and deceptive advertising also concerning the execution of franchising contracts.
