The Firm regularly assists Italian and international clients in all the phases of disputes (pre-litigation, litigation, negotiation, transactions) either before the National Courts, whichever the level of jurisdiction, including the Italian Supreme Court (Suprema Corte di Cassazione), either before domestic arbitral panels or the major international arbitral institution, as well as with regards to the alternative methods of dispute resolution (ADR), including civil and commercial mediation. The Firm has gained a remarkable expertise in corporate litigation, in particular with regards to disputes on the validity of the Shareholder’s Meeting and Council decisions; joint ventures establishment and termination; execution of the acquisition and shareholder agreements contracts; liability towards the directors and the members of the internal vigilance bodies. Professor Santosuosso has also been deeply involved in domestic and international arbitrations, acting either as arbitrator or counsel, both before the primary international arbitration institutions and on an ad hoc basis.
