The Firm regularly advises Italian and International clients, companies and group of companies,with regards to crises or company insolvency management, with particular attention to crisis prevention instruments, recovering plans consolidation, corporate restructuring agreements and arrangement with creditors, amendments to existing financing agreements, negotiation and conclusion of agreements for the transfer of businesses, participations and real estates. Furthermore, the Firm assists and advises in relation to the legal claims against companies, directors and control bodies, extra-judicial negotiation of composition attempts between the parties (creditor banks, supplying firms and clients), also for the purpose of the industrial saving and company recovering from crisis. Furthermore, Professor Santosuosso, in addition to having been appointedby the Tribunal of Rome as company special administrator, regularly defends trusteeships.
